Migration is based on the information provided in your export file. We can only move data that is included and properly formatted in the CSV or approved import file. If certain details are missing from the file, such as images, custom fields, order notes, variations, categories, customer details, or plugin-specific data, they may not be transferred.

Most standard migrations are completed within 7 business days after we receive all required files and access. Larger migrations, incomplete files, formatting issues, or custom data requests may require additional time or a separate quote.
